Our Story

Caribbean Spice Haven: A Legacy of Flavor, Family & Tradition

Caribbean Spice Haven was created from more than a love of food. It was born from family, heritage, entrepreneurship, and the traditions that shaped generations.

At the heart of our story is my grandmother, Acebone Jean François, Mrs. Dieuveux Lamar, a remarkable woman whose strength, generosity, and entrepreneurial spirit continue to inspire Caribbean Spice Haven today.

In Haiti, my grandmother owned and operated a shop where she sold clothing, shoes, cosmetics, beverages, homemade specialties, and other goods. Her days were filled with hard work, family, community, and the beautiful rhythm of Caribbean life. She traveled to the market throughout the week, welcomed visitors with food, and made Sundays a time for church and family.

Some of my most meaningful memories are connected to the kitchen, the market, the aromas of spices, tropical fruits, homemade preserves, traditional drinks, and the experience of watching food bring people together.

Caribbean Spice Haven carries that legacy forward.

Today, we celebrate Caribbean culture through thoughtfully created coffees, teas, seasonings, sauces, preserves, wellness creations, and specialty products inspired by the warmth and vibrant flavors of the islands.

Every product represents something greater than what is inside the package. It represents heritage, family, hospitality, resilience, and the joy of sharing something made with intention.

From our heritage to your table, welcome to Caribbean Spice Haven.
